We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that Zolan Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to postal service issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You may return or exchange an undamaged product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

● 15% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds
● Returns and exchanges are at the customer's cost and risk

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation:

Log in to your customer account at https://account.zolanjewelry.com and go to your Orders to submit a return or cancellation request.
If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead, as the customer account URL requires an email to log in.
Return window: Your 14-day withdrawal period begins the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. The withdrawal period extends over weekends and public holidays.

Cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it directly through your account or SMS confirmation link.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs, minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Upgraded or express shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized jewelry items.
